About the Recipe

Very thin and round pancakes, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk, and butter, and then cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 pinch nutmeg
Fruits(optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat skillet or a pan to around 400 degrees in an oven.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, then add milk, flour, nutmeg, and salt to the bowl.
Step 3
Add butter to the skillet, and when the butter is melted, take the whole skillet out.
Step 4
Pour the batter in the skillet and put it right back to the oven for 13 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
When it is done, take it out and lightly dust some granulated sugar on the pancake.
